Description

Long term live cell imaging of mouse embryonic stem cells expressing the FUCCI construct for 48 hours at 1 image every 14 seconds for refractive index, and 1 image every 7 minutes and 30 seconds for the green and red channels.

Technical Details

FUCCI mESCs are grown in ibidi microwells 35mm. Because of the label free nature of the imaging technique, many cellular components can be observed such as the nucleus, mitochondria, lipid droplets
